Bomb Pot Madness

1. Players must be 21 years of age or older in order to participate in Poker’s Bomb Pot Madness.

2. Players may participate in Poker’s Bomb Pot Madness promotion by actively playing in any $5 Action NLH or 2/3 NLH eligible poker game.
• Limit games, 2/5 NLH and PLO are eligible for bomb pots but Sycuan will not contribute to the pot.

3. Poker’s Bomb Pot Madness promotion will run on every Monday through Sunday.
• 2/3 No Limit game: from 7:45am to 9:45am
• $5 Action No Limit game: 12pm-11:59pm
• “Bomb Pot Madness” is only eligible for the first game that starts in this time frame.

4. Every dealer push (30 minutes) …
•$5 Action NLH and 2/3, each player will bet $5 and Sycuan will add $25 to pot.

5. Poker management will rake for the house the following during the Bomb Pot Madness:
• 2-10 players $5 house drop per hand
• No jackpot drop will be in place

6. Poker management will ante Bomb Pot money to a $5 Action, 2/3 table for four (4) dealer pushes. There is no pre-flop betting; players go straight to the flop. After the flop is dealt, normal betting resumes starting with the player to the left of the button. This hand will be played in No Limit Hold’em. If the game breaks before the final bomb pot is rewarded, the promotion ends.
• Single or double board NLH will be played.
• Limit players can choose to play in one bonus hand, No Limit Hold’em, or No Fold’em Hold’em (Players can chose to play with 1 or 2 boards of Limit Hold’em)
• 2/5 NLH or PLO can be played in single or double board NLH or PLO.

7. During Bomb Pot Madness that single hand will not be eligible for jackpots. This one hand is a bonus hand. The dealer button will not move forward when the hand is complete.

8. After the Bomb Pot Madness promotion is completed, players may agree on a pre-flop wager prior to the cards being dealt at every dealer push. Ante’s will be paid by the players. All No limit and PLO games.

9. Agreement is confirmed when all players contribute the agreed upon amount to the bomb pot before the cards are dealt. No raise or fold is allowed pre-flop during a bomb pot hand. A Player may choose to sit out if they do not want to participate.

10. Any Jackpot Bonus monies of $200 or less, won in hand-related play, will be added to the players stack at the table.

11. All winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities and other government imposed fees. If the prize is $2,000 or more a 1099 will be filed with the I.R.S. If a 1099 is filed with the I.R.S, all prizes will be accumulated into the 1099.

12. Barred of excluded individuals are not eligible for FREEplay offers, Jackpot Bonuses or jackpot winnings. All Prizes awarded will be returned to the Jackpot Reserve fund.

13. Employees of Sycuan Casino Resort, Singing Hills Golf Resort at Sycuan, or Sycuan Gaming
Commission, are eligible for any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion. All licensed vendor employees who have been issued a permanent badge can participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion while they are assigned to work at Sycuan Casino Resort. It is the responsibility of the player to apprise the promotion team that they are not eligible for the promotion. Failure to do so may result in rescindment of prize.

14. Sycuan Tribal members and their spouses are eligible to participate in all Sycuan Casino Resort promotions, tournament, special events, and prize pools with no prize limitation.
• Exception: Sycuan Tribal members, who are active casino employees, will be eligible to participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotions, tournaments, special events, and prize pools.

15. All Players agree to allow Sycuan Casino Resort to use their image and likeness for any future marketing and Jackpot Bonus purposes without further compensation to the winner.
